Hey I'm David!

 

I am a member of the United States Marine Corps. I am a father of two beautiful daughters who inspire me everyday. I enjoy working out and toning different muslces, as well as eating healthy. I understand how important it is to have a great diet as well as a great workout routine. I mainly focuse on larger muscles and then target smaller muslces after the larger ones have started forming. This helps to get more definition and really target those weaker areas. I mainly use the bodybuilding.com website to help look for new training ideas to keep my body guessing. It is important to now fall into a routine where your body gets bored. Keeping things new and challenging is what is really going to give you that perfect body.

I understand that dieting is difficult, but I firmly believe it is just as important as working out constantly. You need protein to fuel your body and have it burn off those bad calories. Food is fuel and without it your body will store away the fat and losing weight will become harder.
